We left our Hostel "Saint christopher's Inn in London; We took a ride on London's iconic 2 deck- buses to get to the famous castle the Tower of London
In this ride we got to see the city of London and we could appreciate their architecture.

The Tower of London was originally built by William the conqueror in the 11th Century as a symbol of Norman power. Many towers were built for the purposes of a royal residence, treasury, armory and also as a prison.
It held a lot of prisoners and royal executions, including those of queens, nobles and also commoners.
The Tower was a prison thanks to the security, the royal authority that the Castle has, it was very convenient thanks to the position that it was located in, the tower was very versatile because it's a very large and intimidating building because of the architecture.
Today is a Unesco World heritage site, touristic attraction and a sort of museum.

Stepped in legend and tradition if the ravens ever fly away, the kingdom will fall.
The origin of this legend is kinda unknown / unclear. Charles II ordered it to make the tower more imponent.
We know that they eat meat, biscuits and blood to make them more healthy. However they chopped the back part of their wings off so that they would never fly away
